The Group has 3 separate business units, Consumer Healthcare, Medical Care (MC), and Medical Technology. You will join our 90+ people team and focus on Consumer Healthcare business. We provide health solutions to consumers, patients, and healthcare professionals.

Job Description
The Brand Manager will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our medical devices, dermatology cosmetics, first aid and ENT device products within Vietnamese trendy markets. This position will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to target dynamic channels on Modern Trade (chain pharmacies, health&beauty stores). Additionally, the Brand Manager will also be responsible for designing the strategy and execution of digital and e-commerce expansion, with a team 3 persons to manage.
Main Responsibilities:
- Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer needs within industry.
- Product Planning: Develop and implement product marketing plans that align with the company's overall business objectives and target market segments.
- Marketing Strategy: Create and execute effective marketing campaigns for chain pharmacies, health&beauty stores including advertising, public relations, promotions, and digital marketing initiatives.
- E-commerce strategy: contribute to e-commerce expansion by defining social media campaigns, platforms visibility campaigns, KOLs/KOCs and affiliates campaigns, pricing strategy.
- Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to provide product information, marketing materials, and sales tools to support their efforts in achieving sales targets.
- Product Launch: Manage the successful launch of new products, including coordinating marketing activities, training team, and sales support.
- Market Research: Conduct ongoing market research to gather feedback on product performance, customer satisfaction, and market trends.
- Budget Management: Develop and manage marketing budgets for assigned products.
- Team management: successfully manage and drive a team of 3 persons.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in product management within the healthcare or health&beauty industry. Preferred Experience in related industry.
- Strong understanding of the Vietnamese healthcare market, including modern trade channels (chain pharmacies, health&beauty stores) and e-commerce market.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing and digital/e-commerce campaigns.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
