Responsibilities
- Support line manager to establish annual marketing plans for the brands in charge
- Recommend, develop, and manage marketing programs for assigned products
- Propose pricing strategies for brands
- Recommend, develop, and execute promotional plans to build relationships with consumers
- Monitor and analyze the development of newly assigned products (industry strengths, sales, market share) and recommend marketing and distribution programs.
- Recommend, develop, and execute tactics to increase recurring and domain sales.
- Proactively develop creative ideas for media and research advertising content to guide advertising companies.
- Coordinate and guide internal and external partners to ensure plans are completed successfully
- Coordinate with the Head of Trade Marketing Support to forecast sales and advertising media for channels
- Other tasks assigned by Line Manager
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related majors
- At Least 5 years of experience in Marketing at FMCG
- Experience in milk and beverage industries is an advantage
- Experience in managing large functions/managing multi-industry teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good skills in project management.
- Able to communicate in English
- Proficient in word, excel, and PowerPoint.
