Job Description
Campaign & Communication Management
- Lead development of integrated brand campaigns from consumer insight to creative platform and execution.
- Drive collaboration with Creative, Media, PR, Social and Experiential partners to deliver impactful brand experiences with Global alignments.
- Manage, track and evaluate campaign effectiveness not only on business metrics but also on cultural relevance, engagement quality and brand distinctiveness.
Creative & Content Development
- Co-create breakthrough creative ideas with agencies and internal teams that strengthen brand meaning and cultural relevance.
- Provide strategic direction on storytelling, content ecosystems, and consumer experience.
- Foster experimentation and learning through new creative approaches, technologies, creators and content formats.
- Develop breakthrough collaboration platforms (cultural movements, fashion labels, artists and/or creative pioneers) as part of campaign activities.
Business Performance & Reporting
- Monitor brand health, campaign effectiveness and emerging trends
- Leverage consumer insights, social listening and market intelligence to inform brand strategy and creative development.
Job Requirements
- Over 4 years of experience in Creative Agency, Brand Management, Marketing or Communications, preferably within FMCG, Beer, Spirits or Consumer Brands.
- Demonstrates excellent creative thinking and a strong ability to identify and translate cultural, entertainment, and consumer trends into impactful brand ideas.
- Experience leading creative development, insight-driven communication ideas, integrated campaigns and brand experiences.
- Strong analytical skills and familiarity with brand health tracking.
- Fluent in English and Vietnamese.
Nice to Have
- Experience working on culturally driven brands or passion-point platforms (music, sports, gaming, nightlife, fashion, entertainment).
- Exposure to global or regional brand environments.
- Strong understanding of creator economy, social-first content and emerging digital platforms.
