I.Brand Management:
1.Sales:
- Achieve the assigned sales targets as per the plan.
- Efficiently manage resources (human and physical) to ensure that the stores under your supervision achieve the company's sales targets.
- Manage and analyze revenue through daily/weekly/monthly/yearly sales reports and make changes to sales plans/strategies and marketing when necessary to improve business performance and increase sales.
- Increase revenue through the development of suitable business development strategies in line with the company's vision.
- Establish and set sales targets, promotional programs, and incentive rewards.
- Be responsible for all distribution channels of the brand, including wholesale and retail.
2.Products:
- Manage inventory, inventory turnover, as well as loss and theft prevention at the stores under your supervision.
- Implement measures to prevent and minimize theft of goods from external and internal sources.
- Ensure that the management and supervision of subordinates follow the best standards in displaying merchandise in stores and organizing, storing, and preserving goods in the warehouse.
- Check daily and weekly ranking lists.
- Provide training to staff on product information and fashion trends seasonally.
- Consolidate inventory data to plan for the transfer of goods between stores if necessary.
- Manage and supervise daily and weekly inventory checks by staff.
- Analyze purchasing and propose additional product procurement.
- Compile reports on top-selling and slow-moving items to prepare for procurement.
- Be responsible for seasonal product purchases at the brand's showroom (if required).
- Analyze purchasing for all stores before trips.
- Based on profit and loss analysis, develop sales strategies, analyze the progress of product consumption for each product type, and make procurement plans.
- Regularly liaise and coordinate with different departments within the brand to obtain sales analysis specific to Vietnam.
3.Employee Management:
Internal:
- Promote the company's culture to all brand employees.
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations, company regulations, and sales regulations set by the company for the sales staff.
- Recruit, train, develop, manage, and supervise the work of all employees directly under your supervision.
- Guide subordinates in complying with procedures for collaboration between departments.
- Train and instruct all employees on new products, effective sales skills, product displays, customer service skills, as required by the brand.
- Check monthly time sheets before submitting them to HR.
- Monitor individual daily revenue and confirm it on each employee's sales invoice for bonus calculations, while also implementing measures to prevent employees from manipulating sales figures.
- In the case of departments or individuals not directly under the store's supervision (e.g., security, etc.), directly communicate with the relevant departments when their work attitude and work effectiveness do not meet requirements.
- Manage subordinates, ensuring that employees from the departments you manage follow all company, brand, and building regulations and job descriptions.
- Encourage, motivate, and foster a working environment and team spirit among all brand members.
- Guide and explain to employees the importance of excellent customer service.
- Disseminate information about policies and work-related procedures to all sales staff.
- Collaborate closely with the brand's regional manager in building and managing a competent team of employees.
- Ensure the proper allocation of human resources to achieve planned results (marketing budget, employee incentives, etc.).
- Coordinate with the HR department in recruitment, evaluation, rewards, and disciplinary actions, as well as employee training and development.
- Develop potential employees by providing direct support and training for manager and supervisor roles, reporting sales, and company regulations.
- Ensure that staff turnover is below 20% per year.
External:
- Always ensure the highest quality of customer service at the store locations.
- Address and resolve customer feedback and complaints promptly.
- Implement direct marketing activities, such as phone calls and proactive invitations to customers to visit the store and make purchases.
- Build and maintain a customer database and develop loyal customers.
4.Brand Image Management:
- Ensure that all stores are always clean, organized according to standards, and equipped with fully operational equipment and machinery during opening hours. Do not leave laptops on the cashier's counter.
- Train display staff and change store windows every two weeks following the brand's guidelines.
- Regularly conduct market research and report to superiors.
- Regularly check and request relevant departments to address defects within the allowed timeframe of two weeks.
- Assume primary responsibility if, after several reminders from the Board of Directors/Principal, the brand's image does not meet the standards.
2.PR & Marketing:
- Develop a brand promotion strategy.
- Implement, coordinate, monitor the execution of PR & marketing plans, promotional programs, advertising campaigns from start to finish.
- Build, maintain, and develop relationships with media agencies, PRMKT channels.
- Propose and execute the organization of events to promote brand awareness, marketing to target customers, and increase sales for stores.
- Identify marketing opportunities by researching and analyzing sales and market data.
- Report and measure the effectiveness of PR & marketing activities.
3.Other:
- Establish regulations, procedures, and processes to serve daily operations.
- Complete all required reports as per the brand's and company's requests and send weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly reports to the General Director within the prescribed deadlines.
- Travel as required by job demands.
- Report directly to the General Director/Brand Group Director.
- Perform other duties assigned by superiors.
4.REQUIREMENTS for the role:
- Bachelor's degree/college diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or related fields.
- Over 3 years of experience in Brand Management/Product Management.
- Experience in Retail/Fashion/Cosmetics/Luxury Business.
- Strong skills in management, communication, organization, negotiation, and problem-solving.
