Job Description

  • Support Line Manager in developing assigned brands and achieving annual targets.
  • Develop and execute marketing and promotion plans; forecast volume and value for assigned brands.
  • Manage cross-functional coordination and maintain effective working relationships with related departments.
  • Track and control A&P budgets and principal claims within approved budgets.
  • Monitor and analyze sell-in and sell-out performance to optimize brand programs and drive growth.
  • Work closely with Sales on merchandising, POSM, promotions, customer and e-commerce activities.
  • Liaise with brand principals and suppliers to implement agreed activities and manage POSM production.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by the Line Manager.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Economics, or related fields.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Brand or Trade Marketing within the FMCG industry, with GT experience and at least 2 year at the same position
  • Good command of English.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills; able to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Well-organized, detail-oriented, and numerically strong.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to work under pressure.
  • Proven team player with good coordination skills.
