Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute brand marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
- Lead integrated campaigns across social media, influencer marketing, digital, livestream, and e-commerce channels.
- Drive KOL/KOC partnerships, creator ecosystem development, and community engagement.
- Oversee content direction across TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, and marketplace platforms.
- Monitor campaign performance, optimize marketing budgets, and deliver actionable business insights.
- Lead and mentor marketing team members while coordinating closely with cross-functional teams.
Requirements
- 04 – 07+ years of experience in Brand Marketing, Influencer Marketing, or Marketing Management.
- Strong preference for candidates from the beauty, cosmetics - makeup industry.
- Proven experience managing social-first campaigns, KOL/KOC collaborations, and product launches.
- Strong understanding of Vietnamese beauty consumers, especially Gen Z.
- Good leadership, project management, and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent English is required as the role reports directly to a foreign manager.
