Job Description

Industry:Cosmetic/Make-up brand operating across Vietnam and Southeast Asia 

Location: District 1, HCMC

Working time: Monday – Friday

Salary: Negotiable based on experience

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute brand marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Lead integrated campaigns across social media, influencer marketing, digital, livestream, and e-commerce channels.
  • Drive KOL/KOC partnerships, creator ecosystem development, and community engagement.
  • Oversee content direction across TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, and marketplace platforms.
  • Monitor campaign performance, optimize marketing budgets, and deliver actionable business insights.
  • Lead and mentor marketing team members while coordinating closely with cross-functional teams.

Requirements
  • 04 – 07+ years of experience in Brand Marketing, Influencer Marketing, or Marketing Management.
  • Strong preference for candidates from the beauty, cosmetics - makeup industry.
  • Proven experience managing social-first campaigns, KOL/KOC collaborations, and product launches.
  • Strong understanding of Vietnamese beauty consumers, especially Gen Z.
  • Good leadership, project management, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Fluent English is required as the role reports directly to a foreign manager.
