1. Role and Responsibilities (Overall key responsibilities from helicopter point of view):

As a Brand Executive, you will play a key role in driving the execution and optimization of integrated marketing initiatives while contributing to brand growth and performance. This role goes beyond coordination, requiring strong ownership in campaign delivery, data tracking, and cross-functional alignment. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure high-quality, consistent, and effective execution across all consumer touchpoints. The position offers exposure to end-to-end brand operations, including campaign management, performance analysis, and market intelligence in a dynamic environment.

2. Main Duties and Functions:

+ Campaign Execution & Ownership

  • Take ownership of executing assigned marketing campaigns and projects (promotion, activation, digital, communication).
  • Ensure all activities are delivered on time, in brief, and in line with brand guidelines and objectives.
  • Identify potential risks and escalate or address issues to maintain execution quality.

+ Cross-functional Coordination

  • Coordinate closely with cross-functional teams (Sales, Trade Marketing, C&P, Regulatory, Supply, etc.) to ensure smooth and timely execution.
  • Follow through on action plans and ensure alignment across stakeholders.
  • Support effective rollout of brand initiatives in-market.

+ Agency & Partner Management

  • Manage day-to-day operations with agencies and partners (creative, digital, activation).
  • Prepare clear briefs, follow up on deliverables, and ensure output quality meets expectations.
  • Maintain effective working relationships to support efficient execution.

+ Performance Tracking & Analysis

  • Track and consolidate campaign performance metrics (reach, engagement, sales support indicators, etc.).
  • Prepare reports with basic insights and observations to support team review.
  • Monitor ongoing campaigns and highlight improvement opportunities.

+ Market & Consumer Monitoring

  • Conduct regular tracking of market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior.
  • Compile data into structured updates to support brand planning and decision-making.
  • Provide input for campaign and project improvements.

+ Budget & Operational Management

  • Track marketing budgets and expenses with accuracy and timeliness.
  • Ensure compliance with internal financial processes and documentation.
  • Support cost control while maintaining execution effectiveness.

3. Major Challenge of the Job (Describe the major challenge of the position, including details and difficulty of problems, which must be solved):

  • Managing multiple campaigns and timelines simultaneously while maintaining execution quality.
  • Ensuring alignment across multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
  • Working within a highly regulated and competitive category requiring strong attention to detail.
  • Handling increasing activity complexity as the portfolio grows.
  • Turning data and observations into clear and useful inputs despite limited scope.

4. Define expected performance in the role:

  • Consistently deliver against assigned brand and campaign KPIs, contributing to overall brand performance and business objectives.
  • Ensure high standards of execution excellence across all marketing activities, with strong attention to accuracy, compliance, and brand consistency.
  • Deliver all assigned tasks and projects on time and in line with agreed quality expectations, demonstrating reliability and accountability.
  • Maintain a strong detail-oriented approach, ensuring smooth operational processes and minimizing execution errors.
  • Demonstrate effective coordination and communication with internal and external stakeholders to support seamless execution.
  • Apply structured thinking and problem-solving to address execution challenges and improve efficiency.

About you

+ Education (Minimum requirements to satisfactorily complete all job key accountabilities)

  • Major in Business Administration/ Marketing/ Advertising/ Communication or Multi-media

Fluent in English as required for day-to-day tasks with cross-function

+ Experience

  • Must Have Technical/ Functional Skill
  • Able to work effectively in both a cross-functional and inter-cultural team and in an international environment.
  • Good project management skills for agency coordination.
  • Minimum 2 years related marketing or agency experience in the MNC FMCG industry
  • Having experience from internship/trainee program is a plus
