Role Overview:
We are seeking a creative and experienced Brand Designer to develop and execute the visual
identity of our innovative cybersecurity app. As one of a key member of our Brand Marketing
Team, you will be responsible for shaping and maintaining a compelling and trustworthy brand
presence that resonates with a mass user audience. This is a hands-on role requiring a strategic
thinker with exceptional design skills and a passion for building brands in the technology space.
Key Responsibilities:
Brand Visual Identity:
Develop, maintain, and evolve the comprehensive visual identity for our B2B products, ensuring it is modern, trustworthy, and appealing to the relevant market.
Act as the primary guardian of the brand's visual standards across all platforms and touchpoints.
Translate complex cybersecurity concepts into clear, accessible, and engaging visual language.
Brand Guidelines Management:
Ensure internal teams and external partners have access to and correctly implement the Brand Guidelines.
Conduct regular audits of brand visuals to ensure consistency and identify areas for improvement.
Key Visual Development for Marketing Campaigns:
Conceptualize and create compelling Key Visuals (KV) that effectively communicate the core message and objectives of marketing campaigns across various channels (website, digital, social media, in-app, etc.), in different formats and specifications.
Collaborate closely with the Product team and within the Marketing team to ensure the KV is aligned with the campaign strategy and target audience.
Visual Asset Creation:
Design a wide array of visual assets, including but not limited to:
Marketing materials (digital ads, social media graphics, email templates, presentations, brochures)
Website and app store visuals
Illustrations, icons, and infographics
Animation video & Video editing (must-have)
Event and promotional materials
Ensure all assets are high-quality, on-brand, and optimized for their intended channels.
Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
Experience:
2-4 years of professional experience as a Brand Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work in brand identity, marketing campaigns, and visual assets.
Proficiency in industry-standard design software (e.g. Adobe CC, Figma).
Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and visual hierarchy.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred:
Experience working with a B2B technology product, ideally a mobile app or software.
Experience with motion design and video editing.
