Job Description

Job Description

After the licensing deal is confirmed, BA plays a key role in the approval process—ensuring that each project results in qualified outputs and meets the expected timeline. The responsibilities of BA throughout the process can be outlined as follows:

  • Creative orientation: BA will host the creative orientation to explain and inspire licensee how to utilize the character assets effectively.
  • Consultation: Work closely with licensee to shape design ideas that align their objectives while following the character guidelines.
  • Design review: Since the licensor's feedback process takes time, BA conducts a thorough internal review of the licensee's designs before submission.
  • Submission and follow up: BA submits the design to the licensor and manages the feedback process. BA is responsible for setting clear explanation to the licensee, aligning schedules, and maintaining effective communication between all parties.
  • Negotiation: When conflicts arise between the licensee's creative direction and the character guidelines, BA helps find solutions that balance both sides. BA also negotiates with the licensor when adjustments are needed to better fit the Vietnam market context.
  • Manage multiple projects: With multiple projects and licensees running in parallel, BA must be highly organized—managing tight schedules, tracking progress, and ensuring timely and accurate approvals across all cases.
  • Localize films; adapt and localize master marketing designs.
