Job Description
- Manage and oversee all branch operations in alignment with the company's business objectives and operational plans.
- Take ownership of branch revenue, costs, profitability, and overall operational performance.
- Develop and execute monthly, quarterly, and annual business plans to achieve growth targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers while identifying and developing new business opportunities.
- Lead, train, assign, and supervise branch staff to ensure efficient and effective operations.
- Monitor employee performance and provide recommendations regarding recognition, disciplinary actions, and workforce adjustments when required.
- Ensure high standards of service quality, operational progress, and customer satisfaction.
- Control branch budgets, operating expenses, receivables/payables, and company assets.
- Ensure branch activities comply with internal procedures, company policies, and relevant legal regulations.
- Coordinate with headquarters and related departments to resolve operational issues and improve workflow efficiency.
- Prepare regular and ad hoc reports related to business performance, operations, finance, and personnel management.
- Propose and implement solutions to improve productivity, operational efficiency, and business results.
- Represent the company in working with customers, partners, and local authorities within the branch area.
- Handle operational risks, customer complaints, and emergency situations in a timely and professional manner.
Qualifications
- College or University degree or above, preferably in Logistics, Transportation, Business, Foreign Trade, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Good communication skills in English.
- Experience in management and operations within the logistics, transportation, or warehouse sector.
- Strong leadership, people management, and operational management capabilities.
- Ability to develop business plans and effectively control revenue, costs, and operational performance.
- Strong problem-solving skills, ability to work under pressure, and a high sense of responsibility.
- Candidates with an existing network of customers or partners, or strong knowledge of the local logistics market, will be an advantage.
- Candidates with both business development and operational management experience will be preferred.
