Key Responsibilities
- Oversee branch operations and develop strategies to achieve sales and growth targets
- Research Vietnam beauty market trends, competitor dynamics, consumer habits, and core pain points to inform business decisions
- Select and adapt products from existing offerings to suit local market preferences and consumer needs
- Identify user pain points and develop compelling, localized selling points and messaging
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and product teams to deliver Vietnam-specific promotional materials and copy
- Drive product promotion through KOLs, e-commerce platforms, and social media channels
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize strategies based on market feedback and data
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above
- 5+ years of experience in the beauty industry with a focus on marketing or brand management with cross‑border beauty business and import compliance in Southeast Asia/Vietnam is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of the Vietnam beauty market, consumer preferences, and purchasing behaviors
- Proven ability in market-adapted product selection and localized marketing strategy
- Skilled at identifying consumer pain points and translating them into effective selling propositions
- Experience working with KOLs, e-commerce platforms, and social media for product promotion
- Strong collaboration and communication skills with the ability to work across functions
