Introduction
Gear Inc. is seeking a Training Manager in Ha Noi to manage both Ha Noi and Da Nang sites. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a proven track record in developing and implementing comprehensive training programs, managing a team, and aligning training efforts with business objectives and client requirements.
This role is critical for ensuring meticulous oversight of training plans and initiatives that directly match our clients&apos needs. The Training Manager will also be responsible for the professional development of the training team, providing timely feedback and fostering skill-building. Additionally, this role will manage client-facing training discussions, ensuring a dedicated focus on training excellence.
Responsibility
- Develops Training Road Map and Project Plans
- Creates timelines for project plans for all training types and spearheads Implementation
- Review and implement Training Frameworks and SOPs
- Assesses training curriculum and initiates TNAs for continuous improvement
- Oversees end to end training plans and roll out
- Manages staff and creates individual development plans
- Align with QA Manager on Training Needs Initiatives to address gaps identified
- Spearhead site best practice sharing and alignments on Training items
Key skills and experience
- Bachelor&aposs degree in relevant fields
- Excellent English oral and written communication skills (C1 or C2 Proficiency)
- Minimum 2 years experience as Training Manager, preferably in a BPO setting
- Highly computer literate with proficiency in MS Office and similar or related business and communication tools
- Familiar with traditional and modern training processes
- Strong leadership skills and ability to develop and manage a team across multiple sites
- Excellent time-management and organizational skills.
