I. Key Responsibilities
- Manage bookings and update shipment information based on business requirements.
- Monitor shipments throughout the entire transportation process, ensuring all information is updated accurately and completely.
- Coordinate with shipping lines, vendors, and relevant departments to handle any operational changes.
- Monitor and maintain vessel schedule data to support efficient business and operational activities.
- Contribute to ensuring a smooth transportation process from the port of origin to the destination port.
Ii. Job Description
- Process booking requests and adjust shipment information based on requests from the Sales and Pricing teams.
- Monitor and update changes from shipping lines/vendors, including vessel schedules, voyage numbers, transshipment ports, destination ports, ETA, ETD, etc., and promptly notify relevant departments.
- Track shipment status throughout the transportation process and proactively handle any issues that arise.
- Apply destination free time according to requests from the Pricing/Sales teams.
- Update all data accurately, completely, and promptly in the internal management system.
- Build and maintain the monthly vessel schedule database; regularly review and update changes from shipping lines.
- Propose improvements to enhance data management efficiency and optimize the booking process.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the Manager.
Iii. Job Requirements
- Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Logistics, Import & Export, International Business, International Transportation, or related fields.
- Preferred candidates with at least 6 months of experience in a Booking position. Fresh graduates with a long-term career orientation in the Logistics industry are welcome to apply.
- Experience with the US and Canada trade lanes is preferred.
- Good English communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and data processing.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.
- Careful, proactive, responsible, with a systematic mindset and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Able to work under pressure and maintain a continuous learning attitude.

IV. WORKING HOURS
- Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM; 1:30 PM – 5:30 PM.
- Saturday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM; 2 Saturdays off per month.
