Job Description- Receive niche ideas and conduct research on the US and European markets, including popular products and user preferences, to propose new product ideas with high potential appeal.
- Create clear and visually aligned idea briefs (mood boards) that fully convey the concept and aesthetic direction, enabling designers and illustrators to accurately execute the idea.
- Collaborate closely with the illustration team to ensure consistency with the original concept and timely completion of the project.
- Ensure all products comply with copyright regulations and relevant legal requirements.
Job Requirements- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the creative, publishing, or design industries.
- Proven experience in market trend research for idea and product development.
- Skilled in writing detailed creative briefs and communicating concepts clearly and effectively.
- Strong English reading and writing skills for understanding international materials.
- Proficiency in Photoshop (PTS), Illustrator (AI), and office software.
- Passion for American and British culture.
- Knowledge of copyright regulations, international publishing standards, and familiarity with the USUK markets is a plus.
