Job Description
Take care all BOM set up on system for UPH site:
- BOM Management: Create and maintain BOMs for new, existing, and re-manufactured products in the MAPICS system, including Item Master, Engineering Change Orders, and Scrap Rates.
- BOM Accuracy: Ensure BOM accurately reflects actual material usage based on provided data from Cover Fit and Wanvog/US.
- Timely Item and BOM Creation: Generate items and BOMs in the system on time, in accordance with SOP.
- Variance Analysis: Investigate and resolve discrepancies between BOM and actual material usage.
- Technical Support: Cross-train in other technical service areas and provide support to resolve issues.
- MAPICS Expertise: Utilize MAPICS to efficiently query and manage BOM and material data.
Requirements
- 1. Education:
- College/ University with major Accounting, Industrial management, or related field ...
- Experience: BOM, system setting up, at least 1 year of experience on related field.
- Knowledge of:
- Product system
- Skills and Abilities:
- Good at number, good Excel Skills
- Analysis ability
- Highly capable of identifying problems and solving problems.
- Very proactive and energetic.
- Systematic, methodical, detailed, thorough, transparent.
- Good at Written and Spoken English
- Positive, enthusiastic, creative, embrace changes, performs under pressure
- Work well in a team-based environment.
- Working Location: Ben Cat City, Binh Duong Province. Shuttle bus from HCMC, Bien Hoa City, Binh Duong Province is provided.
