Responsible for developing strategy, setting research directions, and advancing applied biotechnology for Feed & Farm to improve livestock efficiency, develop biological products, optimize costs, enhance competitiveness, and promote sustainable development for the Group.
1. Technology strategy development and direction
- Develop biotechnology development strategies aligned with the Group's Feed & Farm direction.
- Define research directions for applied biological solutions: probiotics, enzymes, microorganisms, bioproducts, and environmental solutions.
- Monitor and assess domestic and global biotechnology trends; propose appropriate development strategies.
2. Management of research & development activities
- Lead and manage research programs, trials, and development of applied biological products.
- Ensure research activities meet scientific standards, technical effectiveness, and economic efficiency.
- Direct commercialization and practical application of research results into Feed & Farm operations.
3. Management of application and technology transfer
- Deploy and promote the application of biotechnology solutions in Animal Feed and Farming sectors.
- Evaluate real-world application effectiveness and propose technical improvements to optimize productivity, cost, and sustainability.
- Develop, standardize, and manage technology transfer processes, technical standards, and application guidelines.
4. Innovation governance and professional collaboration
- Build partnerships with research institutes, universities, and technology partners domestically and internationally.
- Lead innovation programs and new technology development.
- Advise leadership on biotechnology strategy and sustainable development.
5. Others
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the line manager.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
1. Qualifications
- Master's or PhD in Biotechnology, Microbiology, Animal Science, Veterinary Medicine, Food Technology, or related fields.
- Preference for candidates with an applied research background in Feed/Farm or high-tech agriculture.
2. Experience
- Minimum 12–15 years of experience in R&D, Biotechnology, Nutrition, Animal Feed, Livestock, or related fields.
- At least 5 years of experience in a senior management, director-level, or equivalent role.
- Deep expertise in probiotics, enzymes, microorganisms, biological products, and livestock environmental solutions.
- Strong capability in developing Biotechnology R&D strategies aligned with Group direction.
- Ability to connect technology innovation with operational efficiency, business performance, and sustainable growth goals.
- Proven leadership in research, development, and application of biological solutions.
- Ability to analyze and evaluate the animal feed and livestock market to guide research programs, trials, and development of value-added products, enhancing GREENFEED's market competitiveness.
- Ability to build research strategies and plans; design experiments and research proposals aligned with business objectives.
- Strong capability in organizing and executing high-precision research; risk management; statistical analysis; and deriving practically applicable conclusions.
