BIM Modelers

Position: (Senior) MEP Modelers

Working Place: HCMC

Job overview: The positions support the delivery of high-profile building and infrastructure projects locally and across the Asia-Pacific region. Team members collaborate closely with international offices and contribute to BIM delivery, coordination, and quality assurance, with opportunities for career development into senior and leadership roles.

Main Responsibilities

Create BIM models and 2D drawings using Revit.

Liaise with:

o MEP engineers (for MEP roles), or

o Structural engineers (for C&S roles), to support modelling and drawing production.

Work daily with international teams based in Hong Kong, Singapore, and Australia.

Ensure all models and deliverables meet project and corporate quality standards.

Coordinate with team members and project managers to track workload and delivery deadlines.

Participate in BIM coordination and virtual design reviews to identify and resolve model coordination issues.

Monitor and ensure compliance with Common Data Environment (CDE) standards.

Senior roles are additionally responsible for:

o Managing Revit models and deliverables.

o Guiding and supervising junior team members.

o Supporting project-level BIM and engineering leadership.

Technical and Experienced Requirements

Proficiency in:

Revit MEP for BIM Modeller (MEP) and Senior MEP BIM Modeller

Revit Structure for Senior C&S BIM Modeller and BIM Modeller (C&S)

Experience or understanding of BIM coordination and multidisciplinary collaboration.

Familiarity with BIM360 / Autodesk Construction Cloud / Navisworks is an advantage.

Experience

BIM Modeller roles: typically 25 years of experience in complex projects.

Senior roles: typically 58 years of experience, including responsibility for coordination and team guidance.

Education

College or University degree in:

Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (MEP roles), or Civil / Structural / Infrastructure Engineering (C&S roles).

Additional Skills

Programming skills using Dynamo, Python, C#, or Rhino.Inside.Revit are an advantage (expected for senior roles).

Good command of written and spoken English and Vietnamese; Chinese language skills are a plus.
