MAIN TASKS:
A. BIM Implementation & Execution
- Modeling: Develop and maintain high-quality 3D models (LOD 300-400) for various disciplines (Architecture, Structure, or MEP);
- Coordination: Perform clash detection using Navisworks; lead coordination meetings to resolve design conflicts before onsite execution;
- Documentation: Extract 2D shop drawings, quantity take-offs (QTO), and technical schedules directly from the BIM models;
- Data Management: Manage the Common Data Environment (CDE) and ensure all project data aligns with BIM standards.
B. Project Engineering & Management
- Site Survey & Assessment: Conduct comprehensive on-site surveys to gather data on existing conditions, operational data, and infrastructure;
- Project Controls: Monitor project timelines, identify potential delays, and propose mitigation strategies;
- Quality Assurance: Review technical submittals, RFIs (Request for Information), and ensure onsite work complies with approved designs and codes.
- Site Supervision: Conduct regular site visits to verify that physical construction matches the digital twin/BIM model and the surveyed data.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Both Mechanical | Electrical engineering background are qualified
- 2 years experience at least as BIM engineer
- Understanding HVAC and Piping - Electricial Power Generator system
- Good skill in BIM and other 3D application, AUTOCAD
- English requirement : good reading and writing
