Role Description
We are seeking a BIM Architect for a full-time, on-site position in Nng. The BIM Architect will be responsible for creating and managing Building Information Models, developing and reviewing architectural drawings, and collaborating with project teams to produce construction documentation. The role also involves preparing submittals, ensuring compliance with project requirements, and maintaining high standards of design and technical accuracy.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Building Information Modeling (BIM) software and processes
- Expertise in Architecture and creating Architectural Drawings
- Experience with Construction Drawings and Submittals
- Strong attention to detail and ability to ensure precision in design documentation
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Knowledge of industry standards and practices in architectural design and construction
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Architecture or a related field
- Experience with visualization tools like 3D rendering software and VR technology is a plus
