Job Description

  • Process medical fees and finalize hospital bills for patients and clients;
  • Receive service orders from doctors or patient medical records;
  • Process payments via cash, card swipes, or bank transfers. Issue financial invoices (e-invoices) in accordance with regulations;
  • Handle hospital fee advance and finalization procedures for admitting/discharging patients;
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the manager.

Job Required Skills And Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or related fields;;
  • Proficient in MS Office and Hospital Management Information Systems (HMIS/Hospital Software);
  • Good communication skills in English;
  • Prior experience working in hospitals or clinics is preferred.
