About the Role

We are looking for a Billing Intern to support our Billing team in managing day-to-day billing operations. This role offers valuable exposure to client billing processes, financial administration, and cross-functional collaboration within a fast-paced, multinational agency environment.

What you will do

• Submit contracts, minute liquidation contracts and other docs of service.
• Assist with job creation and tracking, including updating cost estimates for jobs created by the Account team.
• Support purchase order creation and billing support activities, including tracking and resolving unmatched purchase order issues in coordination with the Account team.
• Follow up on collecting 3rd party invoice evidence and other required supporting documents for billing process.
• Handle scanning and coding of supplier documents in e-workflow to submit invoices.
• Prepare service reconciliation materials with Clients.
• Participate in post-billing and job-closing activities, including handling supplier feedback on contract and liquidation status.

Who You Are

• Final-year student or recent graduate in Accounting, Auditing, Finance, Business Administration or related fields.
• Detail-oriented, well-organized and responsible.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• A quick learner with a proactive, can-do mindset.
• Full-time availability and early start date is a plus.
• Previous client-facing experience in a corporate environment is preferred.
