Role Summary
Own billing accuracy and fulfillment cost control across warehouses, vendors, and clients. Ensure no financial leakage through strong reconciliation, validation, and cost monitoring frameworks.
Accountabilities / Key Responsibilities
- Billing and costing verification — own end-to-end monthly billing checks and rate card audits. Identify and recover overbilling, ensure invoices align with contracted rates, and maintain a repeatable verification cycle
- Warehouse cost monitoring & Optimization — track cost-to-serve performance by warehouse in the network. Maintain unit economics (cost/order, cost/item, %GMV) monthly. Support cost reduction initiatives
- Reporting & Analysis — build and maintain dashboards for billing accuracy, cost performance, and variance tracking. Provide regular insights on cost trends, anomalies, and risks
- Operation Project — Support business in cost modeling for new client proposals and expansion
DELIVERY METRICS
- Billing accuracy rate and dispute resolution time
- Fulfillment cost per order improvement
- Warehouse cost optimization savings
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, Finance, or related fields.
Experience
- Experience in cost/ data analysis, operations, fulfillment, or supply chain management.
- Exposure to e-commerce, multiple vendors/ 3PL partners, or multi-brand operations is strongly preferred.
Technical Competencies / Skills
- Advanced Excel (index/match, pivots, what-if, power query); SQL / BI tools is a plus
Behavioural Competencies / Skills
- Detail-oriented, control-focused, and numbers-driven
- Structured thinker with ability to trace issues to root cause
- Comfortable working with large data sets and messy operational data
- Hands-on and proactive in resolving issues with ops/vendors
- Cross-functional collaboration with operations, commercial, finance, and vendors
