Content Producer/ Reporter

1. Role Objective
Create, edit, and develop English and Vietnamese content across multiple platforms (digital, social media, press, events, TV, magazine). Ensure all content meets international quality standards while reflecting S-World's creative identity. Act as a storyteller and connector, amplifying Vietnamese brands and innovation to global audiences.
2. Key Responsibilities
a. Content Development
- Write, edit, and produce programs, articles, and multimedia content in English and Vietnamese.
- Deliver a variety of formats: long-form features, short-form videos, social content, case studies, and press releases.
- Build compelling storytelling in business, technology, leadership, and innovation.
b. Creative Production
- Support the development of formats and scripts for TV shows, docu-series, and online programs in English.
- Assist video production teams with scriptwriting, captions, taglines, and subtitles.
c. Research & Trends
- Research international media and content trends; update writing style to global standards.
- Propose creative ideas that resonate with global audiences.
- Co-develop content strategies with Marketing for cross-platform execution.
d. Collaboration
- Work closely with Strategy, Marketing, and international partners.
- Support C-level executives in editing and publishing strategic content: speeches, keynotes, and international articles.
3. Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Communications, Languages, International Studies, or related fields.
- Senior: Minimum 3 years of experience in English content creation/editing, ideally in media, journalism, tech, or business.
- Junior: Minimum 1 year of experience or a strong content portfolio.
- Strong command of English: sharp writing, natural flow, and polished international-standard expression.
- Proven ability in storytelling, creativity, and understanding of global audience insights.
- Experience in working with international media, startups, or multicultural environments is a strong plus.
