Role Description

We are seeking a full-time BigFix Administrator for an on-site role based in Hanoi. The BigFix Administrator will manage and maintain the BigFix infrastructure, ensuring its optimal operation and performing routine patch management tasks. Your responsibilities will include handling patch deployment, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring compliance with security and industry-specific standards. Additionally, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate and implement updates or new features to support business requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience managing and maintaining BigFix infrastructure, including patch deployment and configuration management.
• Skills in server administration, system monitoring, and troubleshooting issues in complex IT environments.
• Knowledge of security compliance standards and policies, ensuring adherence to industry regulations.
• Familiarity with scripting languages (PowerShell, Python, or others) for task automation is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams effectively.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Prior experience in infrastructure or software administration; certifications in BigFix management are advantageous.
