Job Description

Responsibilities

Power BI Leadership

Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports tailored to business needs.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and translate them into actionable insights.
Ensure seamless integration of Power BI with diverse data sources, maintaining data integrity and reliability.
Optimize Power BI solutions for performance, scalability, and user experience.
Conduct training sessions and provide ongoing support to end-users on Power BI tools and best practices.
Stay abreast of the latest Power BI features, updates, and industry trends.

AI Strategy & Implementation

Lead the design and implementation of AI solutions using Microsoft AI services (e.g., Azure Machine Learning, Cognitive Services, Azure OpenAI).
Identify opportunities to apply AI to enhance business processes, customer experience, and decision-making.
Develop and deploy AI models for data analytics.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into existing platforms and workflows.
Ensure ethical and responsible AI practices, including data privacy, fairness, and transparency.
Monitor and evaluate AI model performance, continuously improving accuracy and relevance.

Qualifications & Experience

Proven experience as a Power BI Developer or Technical Lead in data analytics and AI projects.
Proficiency in Power BI Desktop, Power BI Service, DAX, and SQL.
Strong understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, and data integration.
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure AI tools and services.
Proficiency in Python for data analysis and machine learning.
Experience with MLOps and deploying models in production environments is a plus.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, or related field.
Microsoft certifications in Power BI and Azure AI are highly desirable.
