Beverage Manager

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Beverage Manager to lead our beverage operations across our lifestyle hospitality venues in Phú Quốc. This role is ideal for a hospitality professional with a strong background in premium restaurants, beach clubs, or luxury hotels.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead all beverage operations across assigned outlets.
• Develop beverage menus and seasonal offerings.
• Manage beverage cost, inventory, and supplier relationships.
• Ensure exceptional service standards.
• Train and mentor bar teams.
• Monitor sales performance and profitability.
• Maintain compliance with health, safety, and licensing requirements.
• Drive beverage innovation and guest satisfaction.

Ideal Candidate

• 5+ years of beverage management experience within luxury hospitality.
• Strong wine, spirits, and cocktail knowledge.
• Experience managing multiple beverage outlets is an advantage.
• Proven leadership and team development experience.
• Strong commercial and operational acumen.
