Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive technical backing for the sales team, participate in technical negotiations and project bidding, and deliver professional solution presentations and training sessions.
- Take part in the full project lifecycle from initiation to delivery to ensure efficient and smooth project handover as scheduled.
- Maintain close communication with all project stakeholders to drive project progress and guarantee steady implementation in line with established schedules and standards.
- Continuously track the latest trends, technological advances and core customer demands in the energy storage industry, and supply timely, accurate data and insights to support corporate R&D and marketing strategy formulation.
- Assist the Marketing Department in promotional events, including exhibitions, new product launches, roadshows, technical seminars and summits.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above, major in Power System, Electrical Engineering and Automation, Electrochemical Energy Storage or other related disciplines; fluent oral English communication skills are required.
- 5–10 years of energy storage system design experience; proficient in the electrical principles and integrated design of low-voltage cabinets, ring main units, European and American transformers, with solid expertise in electrical engineering.
- Familiar with national and industrial standards for energy storage power station products and electrical components.
- Well-versed in electrochemical energy storage technologies, including battery principles, performance evaluation and system design.
- Sound knowledge of fundamental power system principles, such as grid connection, power grid simulation models and power quality management.
- Skilled in secondary drawing software to generate primary system diagrams, secondary schematic diagrams and secondary wiring diagrams.
