Job Description

1.Execute Sales Plan

Research and update market information.

Search for and develop potential customer sources.

Approach customers, introduce and offer services, and provide consultation.

Research and develop new products.

Cross-sell products.

2. Implement Business Solutions for Customers

Address tenders and coordinate with Business Units to propose solutions to customers.

Monitor project implementation to ensure the quality of provided solutions.

Propose new improvements for customers.

3. Customer Care:

Assist in resolving customer complaints.

Ensure the maintenance of high-quality service for customers.

4. Requirements:

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain/Logistics/Foreign Trade

Experience

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in the logistics field.
  • Knowledgeable about the contract logistics market.

Professional Skills

  • Strong understanding of supply chain management trends and practices
  • In-depth knowledge of transportation and distribution operations.
  • Familiar with IT trends in the supply chain.
  • Ability to evaluate and stay updated on market trends.
