About the Role
GMEELAN is scaling rapidly across Vietnam's beauty and skincare market. We're building a dual-track creator engine—strategic KOL partnerships driving brand influence and high-volume KOC networks fueling grassroots conversion. Both tracks share one core principle: performance-first, minimal fixed cost.
We're hiring for two specialized tracks within our Creator Partnerships team. During the interview process, we'll assess your background and match you to the track where you'll deliver the most impact.
Track I – KOC BD | Scalable Performance Network
Best suited for builders who thrive on creating systems from scratch and driving volume through data.
What You'll Do
- Lead the end-to-end build-out of our pure-commission KOC program—from sourcing and recruitment to onboarding, activation, and retention.
- Convert traditional paid collaborations into sustainable performance-based partnerships, redesigning cooperation models to eliminate upfront costs.
- Own the full partnership lifecycle independently: strategic product selection, creator outreach, commercial negotiation, campaign execution, and settlement.
- Establish data monitoring and performance analysis frameworks across GMV, content volume, and ROI; build a low-CAC growth flywheel.
- Deep-dive into TikTok and Shopee ecosystems—translate platform logic into differentiated partnership strategies.
- Operate private creator communities with a granular, high-touch approach—design incentive mechanisms that surface high-potential S-tier KOCs.
- Continuously expand the creator pool through platform affiliate backends, third-party data tools, and community channels.
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in influencer/affiliate marketing; beauty/skincare background strongly preferred.
- Proven track record of negotiating and managing pure-commission partnerships—experience converting fixed-fee deals into performance models is essential.
- Data-driven mindset with fluency in spreadsheets and basic BI tools.
- Highly self-directed; you can build a system from 0 to 1 without hand-holding.
- Sharp cost-structure awareness and ROI obsession.
Track II – KOL BD | Strategic Brand Partnerships
Best suited for relationship-driven negotiators with an existing network and a taste for high-stakes deals.
What You'll Do
- Lead negotiations with mid-to-top tier KOLs based on lead lists provided by the business team; secure contracts and build long-term partnerships.
- Own CPM optimization as a core KPI—negotiate competitive first-time rates and continuously drive cost efficiency on repeat collaborations.
- Proactively scout and secure high-potential KOLs with strong content and traffic performance; expand the brand's premium creator portfolio.
- Identify and sign creators with breakout potential; push for viral content outputs while maintaining strict cost discipline.
- Manage content deliverables, review cycles, and go-live timelines; collaborate closely with the marketing team to ensure seamless campaign execution.
What We're Looking For
- Established network of mid-to-large KOL contacts in Vietnam's beauty/lifestyle space; existing relationships are a major plus.
- Exceptional negotiation skills with a proven ability to drive down CPM while securing quality outputs.
- Professional presence suitable for senior-level business conversations—you represent GMEELAN with polish and credibility.
- Strategic mindset with successful case studies of high-impact, cost-efficient KOL campaigns.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills; you know how to align internal stakeholders and external partners.
Requirements for Both Tracks
- Bachelor's degree or higher.
- Professional working proficiency in English (Vietnamese is a plus but not required).
- Results-oriented, data-literate, and self-motivated—you take ownership from initiation to closure.
