Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Conduct market analysis, industry trends, and customer research to identify new business opportunities.
  • Build and execute customer acquisition strategies (organic & inorganic) to generate qualified leads and business pipeline.
  • Define and implement conversion strategies, working closely with Account / Delivery teams to close deals successfully.
  • Develop and maintain strong customer and partner networks across related industries.
  • Focus on targeted markets including ANZ, US, EU, Singapore (and other strategic regions).
  • Own personal and team KPIs across the full sales funnel (lead generation opportunity deal closure).
  • Build, lead, and grow the sales team, fostering a high-performance and collaborative culture.
  • Drive customer retention, account expansion, and long-term sustainable growth.
  • Coordinate closely with Engineering / Delivery teams to propose optimal technical solutions and service offerings.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team on branding, campaigns, and lead generation activities.
  • Operate in a data-driven, CRM-based model; prepare regular performance reports to Line Manager and Board of Directors.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Business Development / Sales / Customer Acquisition.
  • At least 6 months of experience in IT Outsourcing for global markets.
  • Hands-on experience with customer acquisition channels:
  • LinkedIn Sales tools
  • Email marketing platforms
  • Global hiring / sourcing platforms
  • Industry forums and communities
  • CRM systems
  • Fluent English (spoken and written).
  • Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proven ability in networking, stakeholder management, and leadership.
  • Basic understanding of software technologies is a strong advantage.
  • Proficient in MS Office and collaboration tools.
  • Willing to travel for business when required.

Compensation & Benefits

  • On-target income: 10 30 million VND/month (based on KPI achievement).
  • Base salary is fixed (not dependent on sales performance).
  • Income structure: Base salary+ Commission.
