Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain sustainable relationships with existing and potential clients to expand the company's client portfolio.
- Proactively conduct outreach and follow-up with both existing and new clients.
- Track client interactions, manage the sales pipeline, and maintain accurate customer data.
- Identify and evaluate opportunities to improve sales performance, customer satisfaction, and customer retention.
- Receive, analyze, and clarify client briefs; support the development of proposals, quotations, and contracts.
- Negotiate, sign, and implement contracts, while providing professional customer service before, during, and after signing.
- Collaborate closely with internal departments to optimize processes and improve service quality.
- Prepare and submit periodic business progress reports to management.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience working in an agency environment in positions such as Sales, Account, or Business Development.
- Experience in e-commerce or media is a major advantage.
- Strong communication skills in both Vietnamese and English; proficiency in Chinese is a plus.
- Strong skills in writing and presenting digital proposals, negotiation, and client communication.
- Possess critical thinking, problem-solving skills, and a proactive working attitude.

Working Information
- Location: An Khánh, District 2, Ho Chi Minh City
- Working hours: Monday – Saturday, flexible 8 hours/day
