Brief
Prepare and serve drinks efficiently, maintain the bar, and support the team.
Responsibilities
- Ensure that the beverage preparation process runs smoothly and efficiently.
- Ensure that all drinks are presented meticulously and attractively.
- Handle the retrieval of supplies from the beverage storage and other necessary items as required.
- Take orders and serve drinks to customers seated at the bar.
- Arrange and prepare the bar and working area according to the established standards.
- Maintain effective and positive internal communication within the team.
- Apply the knowledge gained during training on food and beverage service.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
- Possess a bartending (Bar) training certificate.
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar position.
- Energetic and eager to learn.
- Have a service-minded attitude and the ability to respond well to customer needs and concerns.
- Able to communicate in English.
