Bartender — The Storytelle

You are not just behind the bar — you are on stage.

What you do:

• Craft cocktails with precision, intention, and consistency

• Translate guest preferences into personalized drink experiences

• Present each cocktail as part of a narrative — not just a recipe

• Collaborate on cocktail & food pairing concepts

• Contribute to R&D and seasonal menu development

What we look for:

• 1–2 years of bartending experience (or equivalent)

• Strong foundation in spirits, classic & modern cocktails

• Confident English communication (international guests)

• Creativity with a refined sense of taste and presentation

• Professionalism, reliability, and strong teamwork

You set the tone before the first sip.

• Welcome and guide guests with warmth and awareness
• Manage reservations, seating flow, and guest information
• Maintain a smooth, elegant front-of-house experience
• Support bar operations when needed (service flow, preparation)
• Ensure every guest feels seen — from arrival to departure

• Strong communication skills in English (spoken & written)
