With a reputation for excellence, we specialize in high-quality backpacks for global markets. We are seeking a skilled Backpack Merchandiser to join our dynamic team in Thu Duc.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Backpack Merchandiser (MD) at Astro Saigon Ltd. located in Thu uc. The Merchandiser will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to communication, customer service, sales, and marketing in the backpack segment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead product and sample development to meet client specifications.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for day-to-day communication with foreign clients.
- Facilitate and lead development meetings to align with client needs.
- Oversee production follow-ups with factories to ensure timelines and quality standards.
- Prepare and manage documents and reports related to product development.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in merchandising or a similar role in manufacturing.
- Familiarity with backpacks or other garment products.
- Fluency in Vietnamese and proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills, with a client-first approach.
- Strong sales and marketing acumen to identify opportunities and add value.
- Solid organizational and time management skills with keen attention to detail.
- Familiarity with backpack market trends and industry standards.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team environment.
