We are seeking a highly skilled Backend Solution Architect for system architecture design, application development, and involvement in analysis, design, and support of complex software projects.
Analyze user requirements by collaborating with team members to understand the problem, evaluate options, and propose suitable solutions and technologies
Involved in detailed system design.
Develop software modules/products based on documentation and design using appropriate languages; conduct unit testing; resolve bugs and development issues; manage source code and software deliverables within assigned responsibilities.
Perform module integration in software development
Collaborate with stakeholders to conduct functional/software testing and deploy the system to the production environment.
Prepare related documentation and technical documents.
Handover the system to the operations team.
Collaborate with relevant departments during operations to ensure optimal product quality. Participate in troubleshooting and resolving system issues during operation (Level 3 support).
Research and propose optimal solutions and improvements during work processes.
Train and mentor team members on professional/technical skills.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Electronics and Telecommunications.
At least 5 years of full-time experience as a Software Developer or Technical Manager.
Experience working on complex projects (requirements, architecture, technology) or projects with a large user base.
Demonstrates determination, urgency, and decisiveness; works with high responsibility, proactivity, and independence.
Works with urgency and strong service orientation; resolves issues of colleagues, partners, and customers promptly and effectively.
Fair, decisive in confronting behaviors inconsistent with the Company/Group's culture and regulations.

Proficient in English for professional use (equivalent to TOEIC 700).
Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP).
Proficient in Test-Driven Development (TDD).
Strong knowledge of code review processes and best practices.
Strong understanding of complex algorithms.
Strong expertise in particular programming languages, platforms, or libraries.
Strong expertise in Java Spring framework and its ecosystem.
At least 3 years of experience with SQL and/or ORM development (e.g., PostgreSQL).
At least 2 years of experience in developing Microservices, Message Queues, and Container Orchestration.
Ability to design and implement backend systems using common architectures, such as microservices and event-driven models
Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure).
Experience and knowledge of stream processing, batch processing, and workflow management.
Experience in integration architecture.
Strong knowledge of software development lifecycles, Agile methodologies, and DevOps practices.
Understanding and ability to design system architecture (Architecture, UML).
