Role Description

In this critical role, you'll play a pivotal role in building and maintaining the robust backend infrastructure that powers our data intensive bioinformatics platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain back-end for data intensive applications (PB).
• Implement efficient algorithms and data structures to store, search, process and analyze large-scale biological data sets.
• Optimize data storage and retrieval mechanisms for high-performance computing.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and software architecture.
• Proficiency in one of the following languages: Python, Go, NodeJS, or C++.
• Experience and interest in building and maintaining scalable, high-performance backend systems suitable for handling large datasets.
