Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable Python code using FastAPI.
- Model and manage data storage with both SQL and NoSQL (e.g. MongoDB). Ensure schema design, indexing, query performance.
- Use Redis or similar caching / in-memory store for fast access / messaging / pub-sub / task queueing.
- Containerize applications using Docker and orchestrate deployments with Kubernetes (k8s).
- Work, manage, and troubleshoot within Linux environments.
- Collaborate with AI/ML teams to integrate machine learning API into the platform.
- Build and scale the backend infrastructure for the platform from scratch.
Requirements
Must have
- 3+ years of experience in backend development with Python.
- Strong experience with the FastAPI framework for building RESTful APIs. Good understanding of REST API design; versioning, error handling, auth.
- Proven hands-on experience with MongoDB and a relational SQL database.
- Practical experience with Redis for caching and/or message brokering.
- Comfortable with Linux server environments; able to manage common system operations.
- Proficiency in building Docker images and containerized applications.
- Proven ability to build a complex platform or service from the ground up.
- Good communication, able to work cross-team with frontend, AI, DevOps/infrastructure.
Nice to have
- Experience integrating or working with AI/ML models in a production environment.
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Experience deploying and managing applications on Kubernetes (k8s).

- 8h30 AM 12h00 PM
- 1h00 PM 5h30 PM
- Working days: Monday to Friday (weekends off)
