Backend Developer (Relocate to Dubai)

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain scalable backend systems for a social network platform connecting workers and employers.
• Design and implement APIs, ensuring security, performance, and reliability.
• Work closely with frontend and mobile developers to support seamless integration.
• Participate in the development of a VPN project, ensuring high performance and low-latency connections.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and improve existing backend infrastructure and codebases.

Requirements:

• Bachelor&aposs degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum 4 years of relevant web/ mobile/ software development environment experience.
• Strong experience in Golang or Java backend development.
• Familiarity with microservices architecture and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Experience with databases (SQL, NoSQL) and data modeling.
• Knowledge of API design, security best practices, and RESTful services.
• Understanding of containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Familiarity with VPN protocols, security, or network performance tuning is a plus.
