Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain backend services using Java and Spring Boot
- Design, build, and optimize RESTful APIs
- Collaborate with QA, frontend, and PM teams to deliver stable features
- Maintain clean and scalable backend service logic
- Investigate and fix bugs or performance issues
Required Qualifications
- 3+ yrs exp of backend development experience
- Strong proficiency in Java, Spring Framework, and Spring Boot
- Understanding of REST APIs and relational databases (MySQL/PostgreSQL)
- Experience using Git and basic CI/CD workflows
- Ability to understand and read technical English documentation
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with Korean clients or Korean-based projects
- Familiarity with Korean communication style
- Experience collaborating with Korean PM/QA/PO teams
- Prior experience in eCommerce or platform service development
- Have experience with OCI (Oracle Cloud Infrastructure)
- Understanding of microservices concepts
- Basic experience with performance debugging or optimization
