Responsibilities

Develop and maintain backend services using Java and Spring Boot

Design, build, and optimize RESTful APIs

Collaborate with QA, frontend, and PM teams to deliver stable features

Maintain clean and scalable backend service logic

Investigate and fix bugs or performance issues

Required Qualifications

3+ years of backend development experience

Strong proficiency in Java, Spring Framework, and Spring Boot

Understanding of REST APIs and relational databases (MySQL/PostgreSQL)

Experience using Git and basic CI/CD workflows

Ability to understand and read technical English documentation

English in reading technical English documentation and communicating is a must (business level)

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working with Korean clients or Korean-based projects

o Familiarity with Korean communication style

o Experience collaborating with Korean PM/QA/PO teams

Prior experience in eCommerce or platform service development

Have experience with OCI (Oracle Cloud Infrastructure)

Understanding of microservices concepts

Basic experience with performance debugging or optimization
