We are looking for Backend Developers with strong fundamentals and problem-solving mindset to join a large-scale banking/fintech system.

This role is ideal for candidates who want to build or transition into C/C++ backend development, with hands-on training and real production exposure.

• Develop and maintain backend systems for banking/fintech platforms.
• Analyze issues, debug, and optimize system performance.
• Work with databases (SQL), including data processing and basic tuning.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Frontend, QA, Infrastructure) to deliver and enhance systems.
• Write basic technical documentation.

• Basic knowledge of C/C++ (training will be provided).
• Experience with Java backend is a strong advantage.
• Solid understanding of SQL and backend logic.
• Fast learner with strong analytical thinking.
• Proactive, responsible, and willing to grow in C/C++ backend.

• Experience in financial services, banking systems, or large-scale systems.
• Familiarity with Linux/Unix environments.
