Backend Dev

About the Role

We are looking for a strong Backend Developer who not only builds scalable backend systems but also knows how to leverage AI tools and AI-assisted workflows to improve development productivity, automation, and product capabilities.

You will work on high-scale backend systems, APIs, and infrastructure while collaborating closely with Product, Frontend, Mobile, and AI-related teams in a fast-paced international environment. This role is ideal for engineers who are curious about modern technologies, enjoy solving complex problems, and are comfortable integrating AI into their daily engineering workflow.

Responsibilities:

● Develop and maintain scalable backend systems for digital platforms and applications.

● Design, develop, and optimize secure, high-performance APIs and backend services.

● Collaborate with Frontend, Mobile, Product, and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless system integration.

● Participate in building and maintaining distributed systems, microservices, and cloud infrastructure.

● Monitor, troubleshoot, and improve backend performance, scalability, and reliability.

● Utilize AI tools (such as ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot, Claude, Cursor, or similar technologies) to enhance development workflows, debugging, documentation, and automation.

● Explore opportunities to integrate AI-powered features or automation into backend services when applicable.

● Contribute to technical discussions, code reviews, and engineering best practices.

Requirements:

● Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.

● 4+ years of backend development experience in web, mobile, or software product environments.

● Strong hands-on experience with Golang or Java backend development.

● Solid understanding of microservices architecture and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).

● Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases, data modeling, and system optimization.

● Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs, backend security, authentication, and performance optimization.

● Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and containerized environments.

● Experience using AI-powered development tools (ChatGPT, Copilot, Cursor, Claude, etc.) to improve engineering productivity.

● Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to learn new technologies quickly.

● Good English communication skills and ability to collaborate with international teams.

Nice to Have

● Experience with AI/LLM integration, AI APIs, or automation workflows.

● Familiarity with vector databases, prompt engineering, or AI-assisted coding workflows.

● Experience in VPN systems, networking, or low-latency infrastructure.

● Background in scalable product ecosystems, gaming, fintech, or entertainment platforms.
