Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Back Office Employee located in the Hanoi Capital Region. The role involves supporting day-to-day back office operations, coordinating with internal departments, managing documentation, and assisting in customer service tasks. The position also includes providing administrative support to finance and sales teams to ensure smooth business operations.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Back Office Operations to effectively handle administrative and support tasks
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills for responding to queries and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders
  • Knowledge of quoting processes
  • Basic Sales understanding and support capabilities
  • Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Proficiency in office software and tools, excel, PDF, Google Suite and Microsoft Word.
