As a Golang Developer at Finan, youll be working at the core of a high-volume mission critical system, building microservices that process millions of daily events across operations, invoices, and banking transactions. This is a chance to:

What Youll Do
- Improve our core technical platform to be more stable, scalable, and efficient.
- Design and implement new backend systems and features for millions of users.
- Write secure, maintainable, and reusable code.
- Collaborate across product, data, and engineering to deliver fast value.
- Continuously experiment, learn, and grow in a dynamic environment.
What Were Looking For
- 25 years of experience with Golang in microservices environments.
- Solid knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, REST/gRPC, and messaging queues.
- Proficiency with PostgreSQL, Elasticsearch, Redis.
- Familiarity with cloud infrastructure & monitoring tools (Prometheus, ELK, Grafana, Ansible).
- Bonus: experience with AI-assisted coding tools.
- Dynamic, curious, and willing to learn fast.
- Strong drive to grow quickly and take on bigger challenges.
