Job Description

Responsibilities

A. Participate in application development and improvement:

  • Program user applications for projects in the IT Department plan.
  • Optimize user experience by improving interactivity, usability, and page loading speed.
  • Collaborate closely with the Front End development team and BA to develop user features according to requirements.
  • Improve application performance and optimize code.

B. Expected results:

  • Program and optimize for fast, lightweight, and efficient operations:
  • Clean & efficient code (fast frameworks, async processing).
  • Utilize caching & queues to reduce server load.
  • Build scalable architecture (microservices, serverless if needed).
  • Continuously monitor & optimize through logging and monitoring.

Qualifications

  • College degree or higher in a related field of Information Technology.
  • At least 2 years of experience as a back-end developer, with preference for full-stack experience.
  • Proficient in programming languages such as Golang, Node.js, etc. Strong knowledge of databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB) and development tools (e.g., Git, Docker).
  • Experience designing RESTful APIs and familiarity with software design patterns.
  • Worked on similar projects, developing web applications, optimizing user experience, and integrating data from various sources.
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) or microservices architecture.
