Our flagship product, Versatile Mechanical Joint System (B Khp a Nng), redefines upper-limb mobility for 100+ beta users, has been featured by 20+ premier VN media (VTV3/National Defense News, VnExpress,...), and lands elite UK Government AT30 backing.

About the role

We build for people with disabilities.

As a B2C Marketer at 4DBONDE, you'll own how 4DBONDE shows up to end-users (also customers) across Vietnam, especially on fast-moving platforms like Facebook and TikTok.

This role sits at the intersection of content, community, and conversion. You'll execute compelling content and visual assets, and collaborate with KOLs/KOCs particularly people with disabilities and lived experience, knowing that trust in this space is built peer-to-peer. Our users are far more likely to believe information shared by people who truly understand their realities.

Working closely with the Marketing Manager, you'll help bring a Vietnamese-born, disability-led tech brand closer to everyday users making our solutions relatable, credible, and easy to choose. Every campaign is designed not just to be seen, but to be trusted and acted on.

What you'll do

(1) Work closely with the Marketing Manager & CEO to align B2C execution with overall brand direction and sales priorities.

(2) Execute content and visual assets on Facebook and TikTok with a transparently real story.

(3) Translate product benefits into simple, relatable real stories that resonate with people with disabilities and their families.

(4) Collaborate with people with disabilities, KOLs, and community voices, recognizing that peer-to-peer trust strongly influences adoption.

(5) Plan and run campaigns that balance performance marketing with authentic, impact-driven storytelling.

(6)Track performance (reach, engagement, conversion) and continuously optimize content based on real user behavior and feedback.

The ideal candidate

1) Final-year student or graduated within the last 3 years of all academic backgrounds.

(2) Prior experience in marketing, design, content creation, or filming/visual production.

(3) Strong execution with Facebook & TikTok (content & insights), design tools (Canva or equivalent), photography/filming, and managing website & digital marketing channels.

(4) Creative and impact-focused, balancing imagination with execution and measurable outcomes.

(5) Willingness to travel for partners & people with disabilities as needed.
