About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and forward-thinking B2B Transport Manager to lead our transport operations and drive excellence in service delivery for key business customers. As the leader of our B2B Transport team, you will play a critical role in shaping transportation strategies, optimizing end-to-end delivery performance, and ensuring we consistently exceed customer expectations.
What You Will Do
- Lead and manage daily B2B freight transport operations to ensure on-time, safe, and cost-efficient deliveries.
- Develop and execute transport strategies aligned with company goals, service standards, and growth plans.
- Partner closely with the Solution Design team to co-create practical, scalable, and customer-centric transport solutions bringing hands-on operational expertise into the design process.
- Optimize routing, capacity planning, and resource allocation to drive efficiency and reduce operating costs.
- Oversee vendor management, including performance evaluation, compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Strengthen customer relationships by proactively addressing service concerns, providing insights, and ensuring operational excellence.
- Build, mentor, and empower a high-performing transport operations team.
- Implement data-driven decision making through KPI monitoring, performance analytics, and root-cause analysis.
What We Are Looking For
- Proven experience in transport management, B2B logistics, freight operations, or a similar field.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and drive accountability.
- Solid understanding of transport networks, route optimization, and operational efficiency.
- Ability to work cross-functionally particularly with Solution Design, Operations, and Customer teams.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder-management capabilities.
