The Role
Our B2B business runs on trucks, drivers, and partners — and the key to our success is flawless execution and strict adherence to client SLAs. We're hiring a B2B Transportation Manager to own the daily orchestration of our fleet and external partners. You will be the command center for our B2B transportation: managing in-house drivers, dispatching 3PL partners, monitoring real-time delivery performance, and resolving on-the-road exceptions to ensure every project meets its promised SLA.

What You'll Do
1. Daily Fleet & Dispatch Operations (40%)
- Direct the daily dispatch and routing operations for the in-house truck fleet and external carriers executing B2B pickup, delivery, and installation shifts.
- Monitor real-time operational metrics (On-time Pickup, On-time Delivery, Lead-time) to ensure strict compliance with customer SLAs.
- Act as the ultimate escalation point for on-the-road exceptions: resolve vehicle breakdowns, route deviations, and loading/unloading bottlenecks immediately to protect client commitments.
2. Driver Management & Performance (30%)
- Lead, train, and manage the in-house driver and assistant driver team.
- Partner closely with HRBP to implement and optimize driver compensation models, including productivity bonus schemes (e.g., pay-per-stop structures) and fixed daily operating allowances to maximize motivation and retention.
- Enforce strict adherence to safety protocols, traffic regulations, and GHN's standard operating procedures (SOPs).
3. 3PL Performance & SLA Management (20%)
- Oversee the daily execution of external transportation partners (3PLs) assigned to B2B projects.
- Conduct rigorous weekly and monthly performance reviews with vendors based on SLA scorecards; allocate daily volume based on performance tiers to ensure we only use reliable partners.
- Address underperformance promptly and work with vendors on corrective action plans.
4. Asset Control & Compliance (10%)
- Ensure the fleet stays fully compliant with maintenance and inspection standards to minimize downtime.
- Monitor and control direct fleet operating costs (fuel consumption, tolls, minor repairs) against the operational budget.
- Manage the legal paperwork for vehicles and drivers, including specialty transport permits required by specific B2B clients.
What We're Looking For
1. Knowledge: Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Transportation Management, or a related field. Deep, practical knowledge of the Vietnam trucking market, traffic regulations, and vehicle classes (vans, light to heavy trucks).
2. Experience: Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in fleet operations, large-scale dispatching, or 3PL operations. A proven track record of managing strict client SLAs and complex delivery requirements.
3. Skills:
- Incident Management: You are a problem-solver who stays calm and decisive when operations don't go as planned.
- People Leadership: You know how to manage, communicate with, and motivate a blue-collar driver workforce.
- Vendor Management: You can hold external partners strictly accountable to their service commitments.
- Data-Driven Execution: Fluent in transportation management systems (TMS) and comfortable reading SLA dashboards to spot operational leaks.
