JOB DESCRIPTION
Be responsible for tasks related to:
1. Execute all consulting, product introduction, and sales activities for Ajinomoto products to customers.
2. Collect customer information and identify their concerns to propose appropriate sales solutions.
3. Continuously enhance the company's brand image through daily fundamental activities.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1.Perform sales tasks through basic daily activities:
- Proactively identify the needs of food manufacturing customers and provide appropriate product consultation and solutions aligned with their production requirements.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers while actively seeking and developing new customers.
- Coordinate with technical support staff and proactively propose appropriate solutions to customers.
- Comply with and execute sales activities as outlined in the Department's Standard Operating Manual to achieve assigned targets and KPIs.
- Collect and update market information, including data on consumers, customers, and competitors.
- Perform assigned duties with excellence and accountability.
2.Manage accounts receivable and ensure timely collection of outstanding payments.
3. Continuously enhance knowledge to effectively support sales activities.
- Acquire and update relevant knowledge and information from customers and other available sources.
- Update and comply with regulations related to food additives and product labeling.
- Research and stay updated on market product trends.
REQUIREMENT
- Bachelor's Degree in Food Technologyor other related fields;
- Knowledge of Law (Food Additive Law, Food Labeling Law, etc.);
- English: Proficient for communication and reading product documents;
- Proficiency in English(basic communication, reading, and writing) and MS Office;
- At least 2 years of experience in sales for food manufacturing/production industryclients;
- Logical reasoning, hardworking, dynamic, ambitious, and able to work in a team;
- Willingness to travel and go on frequent business trips as required by the job;
WORKING TIME:
Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM 4:45 PM

Ajinomoto Vietnam Company Branch in Can Tho (No. 124 Vo Van Kiet, Binh Trung Area, Long Tuyen Ward, Can Tho City)
