Main responsibilities:

As a B2B Sales Representative for Alibaba.com, you will:

  • Identify and approach local business clients (Small and Medium Enterprise) through both online and offline channels.
  • Connect and meet directly with business owners to introduce and consult them on Alibaba.com's services (such as membership registration, product advertising, etc.).
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term cooperation and satisfaction.

Requirement:

  • Have sales experience in the local market.
  • Understand the sales process of SMEs or B2B businesses, from prospecting and lead generation to deal closing.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proactive, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Passionate about helping local businesses grow through digital transformation.
  • Positive attitude, high energy, and a strong sense of responsibility.
  • Eager to learn and adapt in a fast-paced, international working environment.
  • English or Chinese proficiency is a big plus.
