Main responsibilities:
As a B2B Sales Representative for Alibaba.com, you will:
- Identify and approach local business clients (Small and Medium Enterprise) through both online and offline channels.
- Connect and meet directly with business owners to introduce and consult them on Alibaba.com's services (such as membership registration, product advertising, etc.).
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term cooperation and satisfaction.
Requirement:
- Have sales experience in the local market.
- Understand the sales process of SMEs or B2B businesses, from prospecting and lead generation to deal closing.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Proactive, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Passionate about helping local businesses grow through digital transformation.
- Positive attitude, high energy, and a strong sense of responsibility.
- Eager to learn and adapt in a fast-paced, international working environment.
- English or Chinese proficiency is a big plus.
